Such a beautiful dish deserves a better name than Spinach-Filled Fish Rolls so I sought the help of an expert (Kelly) to rename it.

I took some liberties with the original recipe due to a lack of ingredients.
Garlic salt -> The usual salt
Mayo & mustard -> Horseradish & mentaiko sauce
Garlic croutons -> Lemon & Herb seasoning
After 15mins in the oven, VOILA. Le Fillet Ooh La La!
